Check that the widget is enabled

Go to Settings --> Account and check that the toggle is enabled: 

Check that the script is still installed on your website

Go to developer tools and check that the Convious script is present in the header. If needed, check the Convious Script installation.

Check that the checkout is published in Engage Tools 

Go to Engage Tools and check the status of your widget. If it's expired, extend validity or create a new checkout.

Also try the following: 

1. Clear cache and cookies

2. Test the Checkout in an incognito (private) window 

3. Test Convious in a different browser

4. Check (and update) your browser version

5. Try a different WiFi network or switch to mobile data

7. Report a bug
