Like many platforms, the Convious platform runs from the cloud.
As we're "operating system agnostic" by design, our support is focussed on browsers.
Having this said, we always test the software on operating systems supported by their respective vendors (Apple, Google, Windows, etc.) Please always check this before you reach out to us and make sure you're using a supported version.
Since Convious runs in the browser - this can be a mobile or desktop one - we only support the ones that are still supported by their vendors (Apple, Google, Windows, etc.) All other versions are not supported and can not be guaranteed to work.
