Manage Orders based on their date of sale or date of visit

Filtering and managing your visitors orders just got easier!

Why is this important?

Probably not all of your visitors are going to visit your venue the same day they reserve or buy a ticket. In order to make managing your orders easier, you can now filter your orders based on the date of the visit or the date of sales (the date they made the purchase online). 

Forget about spending valuable time trying to find a specific order. Now you can easily do it by selecting the “date of sales” or “date of visit” in your Orders Panel. 

How to do it in your Control Panel?

1. Go to “Orders” in your Control Panel

 

2. In the top right corner, you will see the date picker. Choose whether you want to see orders based on “date of sale” or “date of visit” 

 

3. Choose the range of dates you want your orders to be filtered by. You can choose a custom date, or select the predefined filters: Today, yesterday, this week, this month, this quarter, this year.

4. Apply the specific dates, now you will be able to see your orders with the specific filter you selected!

 

You have now filtered your orders using the date of sale or date of visit!
