How to clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer

Please note that following these steps will clear your cookies for all sites, which will log you out. You can use a different browser if you prefer not to clear your cookies in Internet Explorer. See the list of our supported browsers.

1. Select the Tools button

2. Point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history

3. Select the Cookies and website data check box

4. Then select Delete

5. Press OK to close the Internet Options menu 

6. Close and reopen your browser
