How to clear cache and cookies in Edge

Please note that following these steps will clear your cookies for all sites, which will log you out. You can use a different browser if you prefer not to clear your cookies in Internet Explorer. See the list of our supported browsers.

1. Click "..." in the top right corner of the browser

2. Click on Settings and more and then go to Privacy and services

3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data

4. Click on Choose what to clear

5. Uncheck Form data and Passwords

6. Check the box for Cached data and files

7. Check the box for Cookies

8. Click on the Clear button

9. Click "..." again to close the menu

10. Close and reopen your browser
