Purpose of the dashboard

This dashboard supports both business and financial teams:

✅ For business and sales teams:

  • Track total sales performance at a glance

  • Break down data by date, sales channel, acquisition channel, device, reseller, and more

  • Spot trends and compare channel performance easily

✅ For finance teams:

  • Support for revenue booking

  • Tax declarations

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Invoice validation

This makes the dashboard an essential tool for aligning business and finance insights across your organization.

Dashboard structure

Built on our Snowflake database and visualized with Sigma, the dashboard is structured into four focused tabs:

  1. Overview
High-level KPIs and performance snapshots for fast decision-making.

  2. Sales
Detailed breakdown of sales by channel, device, campaign, and more.

  3. Transactions
Full view of all financial events, including payments, refunds, and chargebacks.

  4. Tax
Overview of tax-relevant data to support your declarations and compliance processes.

  5. Memberships
All membership-related data, including sales, payment plans (monthly/yearly), renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

  6. Fees
Breakdown of all fees, helping you track costs and reconcile invoices. Only applicable if you are on the all-in-one rate.

Key features

  • Historical data: Includes data from 2023 onwards

  • Timezone display: Data is shown in your local timezone for easy interpretation and operational relevance

    • 🕓 Note: Previously, all data was shown in UTC. For transparency, UTC is still displayed in the Sales Detailed section.

  • Refresh rate:

    • All main dashboard data is refreshed every 2 hours

    • Data from Adyen is updated daily around midnight

  • Reporting currency: All values are shown in your default currency

  • Accurate but ad hoc: While we strive for data accuracy, dashboard content is for informational purposes only.

    • Data may change due to updates from payment providers (PSPs), refunds, or reconciliation differences

    • Minor discrepancies may occur due to different timing or processing methods across systems

Best practices

  • Use the Overview tab for high-level summaries and comparisons across time periods or channels

  • Use the Sales and Transactions tabs for drill-down analysis and to verify individual bookings or customer activity

  • Use the Tax tab for exportable summaries to support monthly or quarterly filings
