My Account

My Account is a new self-service area designed to give your visitors more control over their experience, while reducing support work for your team.

What visitors can do in My Account

With My Account, visitors can:

  • View their past orders and order details

  • Download tickets anytime

  • Complete the After Payment Form (APF) if required

  • Manage their memberships (if applicable)

This makes their journey smoother and ensures they can always access what they need, without contacting support. Do you want to know more about the My Account? You can always reach out to your Customer Success Manager. 


How login works

Visitors sign in using their email address. They receive a one-time magic login link in their inbox, which grants direct access to My Account.

  • No need to create an account or remember a password → user friendly

  • The link is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once → safe and secure

  • Fewer login issues → fewer support requests
