How to clear cache and cookies in Safari

Follow these steps to clear your cache and cookies if you're using Chrome browser.

Safari 8 and later 

  1. Go to the Safari menu and click History

  2. Select Clear History

  3. Select all history

  4. Click on the Clear

  5. Close and reopen your browser

 

Safari 7

  1. Go to the Safari menu and click Preferences

  2. Click on Privacy

  3. Under Remove all website data click on Details

  4. Type Convious in the search box

  5. Click Remove All

  6. Close and reopen your browser
