Clearing cache and cookies in Chrome

Follow these steps to clear your cache and cookies if you're using Chrome browser

  1. Open Chrome and click the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner

  2. Hover over More Tools and select Clear Browsing Data

  3. In the browsing data selection window:
    a) Select All time
    b) check the box for Cached images and files,
    c) uncheck the boxes for Browsing history and Cookies and other site data
    d) click on the Clear Data button

  4. Quit and reopen Chrome

  5. Paste the following string in your address bar chrome://settings/siteData?search=cookies

  6. Type Convious in the Search cookies box

  7. Delete Convious cookies by clicking on Remove All Shown

  8. Quit and reopen Chrome
