Last updated on 05 Feb, 2026

1. Use Cases

The 'Pay via Payment Link' option is perfect for managing bookings or accommodating clients who prefer flexible payment methods. This feature allows venues to confirm reservations without immediate payment, reducing the risk of lost sales while waiting for funds. Additionally, it enables modifications to reservations, such as changes in guest numbers or special requests, enhancing convenience for both venues and visitors.

2. Setup

2.1 Enabling Payment via payment link

To enable bank transfer payments, go to Control Panel → Settings → Account. Look for the 'Allow payments via payment link' option and turn it on. You can also set your default payment deadline here, which determines how much time guests have to complete the payment. This deadline can later be customized for individual reservations as needed.
