1. Setup
To begin using the report, set up your activities first. Follow this guide to setup Capacity and Admission Limits.
Find the Capacity and Admission under the Venue section in your left menu
You'll see two types of limits identified by icons:
- A small house represents Capacity limits.
- A person entering through a door represents Admission limits.
2. Capacity Monitoring
If you want to limit the number of people at an activity, set up the capacity limit and use this report to monitor occupancy.
Steps to use the report:
- Select a day of interest.
- Hover over a specific timeslot to view the details.
How to Read the Data:
- The intervals show how busyness changes over time based on ticket durations, along with the reserved and remaining spots.
- The color of the ribbon indicates how busy it will be at that time.
- Grey intervals with a 'Closed' icon represent times 0 capacity limit is set due to Limit Exceptions.

3. Admission Monitoring
If you want to limit the number of people entering, set up an admission limit and use this report to monitor activity at the gate.
Steps to use the report:
- Select a day of interest.
- Hover over a specific entry time to view the details.
How to Read the Data:
- The 'flag' icons will show the times when guests should arrive, along with the reserved spots.
- The colour of the flags indicates how busy it will be at that time.
The Capacity report helps you manage park capacity, ensuring a smooth and safe guest experience. By regularly reviewing this report, you can anticipate busy times, make informed decisions, and keep your attraction running efficiently.
