What Is ANCV Connect?
ANCV Connect is the digital version of the Chèque-Vacances, a French government-backed holiday voucher that millions of employees receive to spend on leisure and tourism. With ANCV Connect enabled, your French visitors can pay for tickets and memberships using their vouchers directly in your Convious checkout, combining them with a card if the voucher doesn't cover the full amount.
Why Use ANCV Connect?
Reach millions of new visitors: over 4.8 million people hold ANCV vouchers, and digital usage is growing fast every year.
Remove a payment barrier: French guests who rely on vouchers can now book with you online instead of going elsewhere.
Capture full baskets: visitors pay part with vouchers and the rest by card, so larger orders still go through.
What It Looks Like at Checkout
When ANCV is enabled, your visitors see it as a payment option alongside cards and other methods. They select ANCV, enter their ANCV identification, and confirm the purchase. Validation happens through the Chèque-Vacances app.
How It Works
ANCV works a little differently from a standard card payment, so a few things are worth knowing up front:
You hold the ANCV contract. Each park signs its own agreement directly with ANCV and receives its own merchant ID. This is what allows vouchers to be redeemed against your venue.
Part-payment is supported. A visitor can pay, for example, €20 with vouchers and the remaining balance by card in the same checkout.
A €20 minimum applies to orders paid with ANCV.
You are paid directly by ANCV, around 5 business days after each transaction.
Fees
ANCV deducts a 2.5% commission from each voucher transaction before paying you. There is no setup fee and no subscription.
Standard payment-processing fees also apply, the same as your other online payment methods.
Tracking Your Transactions
Your ANCV voucher transactions are viewed in your dedicated ANCV merchant space — the same online space used for paper Chèque-Vacances. You log in there to see every transaction included in each payout. This is separate from your Convious dashboard.
