If you are selling gift vouchers via Convious, you might need to see the amount of currently sold but unused gift vouchers for your financial report.
The export will include the following columns:
Account slug, Code, Name, Max uses, Flat reduction, Percentage reduction, Valid to, Pool name, Created at |

How to export orders or discount codes:
1. Navigate to your orders page by choosing Orders Beta in the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Now navigate to the right-hand side of your screen, as with general order management, you need to choose the time frame or date range of the order detail you want to export. If the date is irrelevant (you want to have all-time export), you can ignore this step.
3. Next, you click on the export button below the date range selection. Choose the Unused gift cards under Export type, select the format and date selection:
4. Hit Export, and your file will be sent to you to your email.
⚠️ Full-Season report file & large files
You heard, right! It is also possible to download a report for your entire season.
Like above, all you need to do is select the date range you'd normally do and confirm that you want to get the export via email.
Please be aware that processing a full-season export or bigger files may take some time and, depending on the number of orders, can take upwards of 30 minutes.
