Calendar view allows to have a convenient visual overview of all the incoming bookings. This might be useful for smaller venues, which want to prepare for each customer's visit or for the party products/group visits.

How to access it 

Click on "Orders BETA" under "Orders". Click on the button "Calendar view". 

Views

You can choose between weekly, daily, and list views. You can also select your default view under "Settings".

Events

By default, the event will display:

  • Ticket name and quantity

If needed, you can also include email and APF fields by selecting them in the Settings.

The colours of events correspond to the status of order.

Event popover

By default, upon clicking on the event, the popover displays the following information:

  • Ticket name and quantity

  • Status

  • Visit date and time

  • Total price

  • Ticket download: PDF of the ticket template that can be downloaded

If needed, you can also include email and APF fields by selecting them in the Settings.

Settings

You can customise your view by clicking on "Settings" icon.

Here, you can select which fields you would like to show for event and event popover. For example, you can choose the birthday child's name to greet them at the entrance. Note that you will only see the fields that are configured via APF.

Filters

You can filter by product type and order status by clicking on "Filter" icon.
